Immersive exists to help you aquire a new language. Period. We don't mine your data and sell it to advertisers or third parties. Immersive does not collect personal data other than what is needed for you to have a presence on Immersive and interact with and protect other Users. Immersive does not sell your personal data. Immersive does not share with third parties other than the minimum necessary to utilise third-party services. The services used by Immersive are listed below.

The personal data processed by Immersive is kept as long as you or Immersive has not cancelled your account though Immersive may keep the data after cancellation of your account as long as necessary for technical reasons (like backups) or to comply with legal requirements.

Such a removal will result in a termination of your account.

User's Warranty and Indemnification

Governing Law – Place of Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any claims raised in connection therewith are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the cantonal court of the Canton of Geneva located in Switzerland.
